      <title>Lloyds TSB Insurance: Improving the Claims Workforce Performance</title>

      <description>Having recognized that areas in the organization existed in which performance could be improved, Lloyds TSB Insurance hired Accenture to conduct a strategic review of the entire operation to identify performance-improvement opportunities. This review revealed the potential for Lloyds TSB Insurance to achieve higher performance in the business overall by improving the performance of the claims workforce. A subsequent detailed diagnostic conducted by Accenture quantified the opportunity and identified the underlying factors that needed to be addressed to improve customer service and employee satisfaction as well as to control expenses.
